Coating Mix
4 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1 1/2 Cups Rice Flour (Goya)
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 1/4 teaspoons Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Turmeric
Batter
1 each egg
1 cup coating mix
cold club soda, to make a thin consistency
Mix the batter mix well and store in a sealed container
TO USE:Shake chicken in some of the mixture and refrigerate for several hours. Then dip into batter and fry. Deep frying at 325 to 350 F
